Privacy policy
Last updated: 23 July 2026
The short version: this website doesn't track you. No analytics, no advertising cookies, no accounts, no forms — the only thing we want to remember is how you take your galaktoboureko.
Who we are
This website (anamnisismykonos.com) is operated by SOULMATES Ε Ε, VAT number (ΑΦΜ) 802375110, with its place of business at Agiou Vlasiou, Mykonos Town, 846 00, Cyclades, Greece.
For anything related to your personal data, contact us at info@anamnisismykonos.com or call +30 22890 29404.
What we collect (very little)
This is a static, informational website. We don't offer accounts, contact forms, newsletters or online ordering, so we don't ask you for any personal data and we don't build profiles of our visitors.
We use no analytics and no tracking cookies. The site stores a single technical note in your browser's local storage when you dismiss our cookie notice, so we don't show it to you again. That note never leaves your device and contains nothing about you.
Server logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically processes standard technical server logs — such as IP address, browser type and pages requested — to deliver the website and keep it secure. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, safe website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as the hosting provider needs them for these purposes.
Links to other services
The site links out to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Maps (for directions) and the Soulmates website. Once you follow one of those links, the privacy policy of that service applies — we'd suggest a quick look at it, but we know you won't.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Given how little this site processes, the quickest route is simply to email us at info@anamnisismykonos.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Changes to this policy
If the website ever starts doing more — say, a newsletter or online ordering — we'll update this page before those features go live, and the date at the top will change accordingly.
